The NanoSafety Cluster (NSC) is a network of EU-funded projects on nanosafety. Its aim is to develop synergy among these projects, collaboration for maximising impact, policy elaboration, planning of future actions, and international cooperation. This aim is achieved mainly through meetings of the whole community or its groups, through the website and newsletters, through position papers, e.g. the Research Strategic Agenda "Nanosafety in Europe 2015 - 2025. Towards Safe and Sustainable Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology Innovations".

Scaffold's issues on hazard, exposure and risks are related mainly to NSC working groups 2 on Hazards, 3 on Exposure, 5 on Risks.
